Use of the website

This website is provided for legitimate B2B apparel sourcing and business communication. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content.

Accounts

Customer accounts are created after email registration and first sign-in with the password sent to your inbox. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

Orders and inquiries

Product information, lead times, and pricing shown on the site are subject to confirmation. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract until both parties agree in writing (for example via a proforma invoice or email confirmation).

Sample and payment terms

Sample fees, PayPal payment, shipping, customs, refunds, and related commercial terms are set out in our Sample & Payment Terms page at /sample-terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed proforma invoice (PI) agreed by both parties, the PI prevails for that transaction.

Virtual try-on

Try-on results are generated automatically and are provided for reference only. Final garment appearance may vary based on fabric, fit, and production specifications.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they may be submitted to the competent court in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Hangzhou Shamarspo Industrial Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
